Andrew Lechleiter is an accomplished commercial leader with 20+ years of US and international experience across pharmaceutical sales, marketing, finance, operations, and

general management. After working in healthcare investment banking at UBS Investment Bank and receiving an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School, Andrew held various commercial roles in Asia Pacific and the US at Abbott Laboratories and Eli Lilly and

Company. In these roles, Andrew planned, executed, and led the successful commercial launches of innovative treatments and diagnostic tools across therapeutic areas.

After a successful commercial leadership career, Andrew recently shifted his professional focus to managing investments, philanthropic activities, and business endeavors for a family office, including private investing in and consulting for early-stage pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and digital health companies. In this new undertaking, Andrew aims to leverage his extensive cross-functional commercial experience and product launch expertise to support the growth of partner companies.
